Ultraflex Suede Sole is a split-sole leather jazz shoe that molds to the shape of the foot. The design is similar to our other Ultraflex pair, however this shoe has a suede rather than rubber sole.

Returns:
All returns must be logged in our returns portal and sent back with the completed returns form in the package. You will receive a shipping label which can be downloaded and printed to ship your order back to us.
We charge a flat fee of £3.00 per order for all returns. This will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
We offer refunds on all merchandise that is returned in a shelf ready condition with tags in place. This excludes tights & underwear which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Any soiled merchandise (deodorant marks etc) will be returned to the sender and refunds will not be honoured.
