Digital Marketing Manager - Woking, UK

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to strategically manage all paid & organic digital campaigns in UK/EU/US markets across all corresponding advertising platforms. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will provide a steady flow of high-quality leads by planning and implementing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, analysing performance & providing regular insights to the rest of the business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Using a test & learn approach, review, recommend, implement & optimise high impact paid digital advertising campaigns including: PPC, paid display advertising, remarketing, social, native, PPC, etc.Using analytics, measure and analyse performance of all digital marketing activities, ensuring continuous improvements & greater ROI is delivered through all digital channels including but not limited to:

  • New/Returning
  • Conversion Rate
  • Bounce Rate
  • Increase/Decrease in traffic
  • Revenue
  • Spend per customer acquisition

Ensuring a seamless journey from channel to checkout in support of paid/organic campaigns, collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to optimise on-site customer journeys and conversion paths across common page types. These include:

  • Checkout
  • Landing pages
  • Home page
  • Product listing page

Liaise, influence & build relationships with the wider retail/marketing (email, social, content, graphics)/management teams to ensure effective support of paid/organic campaigns.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • MUST HAVE Extensive hands on experience planning & managing digital paid & organic campaigns. We are not looking for someone who only has experience managing digital agencies.
  • Experience managing paid budgets across different regions/websites.
  • Experience selling on Amazon, must have a good understanding of all the features such as promotions, sponsored listings, the best way to optimise listing content.
  • Extensive experience running and implementing paid social campaigns.
  • Knowledge/Experience of using a CMS, preferably Shopify/Magento.
  • Analytical – naturally inquisitive thinker who is able to analyse complex data and draw conclusions, giving confident feedback.
  • Flexible & able to Multi-task – ability to adjust to work processes or procedures, adapt to others, work effectively and in a positive manner when under pressure or in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive & Deadline driven – a self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
