UK Delivery Options


All orders are sent via DHL and will be delivered anytime between 8am and 6.30pm. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If there is no-one available to accept the package a calling card will be left behind for you so you can re-arrange delivery.

We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses. We are also currently unable to deliver on weekends.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order within mainland UK.

When you place an order we strongly suggest that you have it delivered to an office address rather than a home address, as our couriers can only deliver between 9am and 5pm and require a signature on receipt.

We understand that delivering what you order, at a time that is convenient to you is important. If something goes wrong, as it sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority.

EU Delivery Options

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are currently unable to ship orders to the European Union. If you would like to be notified when this service resumes please sign up to our newsletter here. In the field titled 'I'd like to hear about' please select 'EU Deliveries'. Alternatively, please click here to contact either our Paris or Warsaw stores who may be able to assist you with placing an order in the meantime.

Outside of the UK/EU Delivery Options

For countries outside of the UK, we offer a Worldwide Express Delivery service priced as follows (this is subject to change for bulky items due to the volumetric cost of shipping by air, in these cases we will confirm shipping revised price before dispatch).

Customs and Duty

For countries outside the EU, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
