Order by 18th December using UK Standard delivery if you would like to receive your order in time for Christmas Day* (*Please note we cannot guarantee orders shipped to countries outside of the UK will arrive before Christmas)

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $70

All orders placed by 12 noon PST Monday - Friday will ship within 3-4 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed after 12 noon PST on Fridays & Saturdays will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

All orders will only be in transit on business days and cannot be delivered on weekends.

The first transit day of any order is always the following day after UPS/USPS collects the package from our warehouse.

FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £55

UK Standard Delivery Cost for orders under £55 is £4.95

All orders are sent via DHL and will be delivered anytime between 8am and 6.30pm. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If you request your order to be left in a safe place or delivered without a signature, the order will be left at your own discretion as instructed by you, and the Company BLOCH UK LTD cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged packages as a result.

We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses. We are also currently unable to deliver on weekends.

Please note that once orders are confirmed we are unable to make any amendments, including changes to delivery addresses and products. 

Delivery Times

Please allow 4-6 working days to receive your order within mainland UK.

If you are likely to not be at home during the day, we strongly suggest that you have it delivered to an office address rather than a home address.  Our couriers can only deliver between 9am and 5pm and require a signature on receipt.

We understand that delivering what you order, at a time that is convenient to you is important. If something goes wrong, as it sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority.

EU Delivery Options

We are currently unable to ship orders to the European Union from our UK site, please click here to visit our EU website.

Outside of the UK/EU Delivery Options

For countries outside of the UK, we offer a Worldwide Express Delivery service priced as follows (this is subject to change for bulky items due to the volumetric cost of shipping by air, in these cases we will confirm shipping revised price before dispatch). Please note: We do ship directly to the Ukraine using this service.

Customs and Duty

For countries outside the UK, sales tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more details you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.  Regardless of order discounts, product prices stated on order invoices for customs purposes will be full price. Please take this into account when placing orders for delivery outside of the UK.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Freight Forwarding

If you choose to use a third party freight forwarding business to ship your parcel to a destination outside of the UK, BLOCH is only responsible for delivering your parcel to the UK destination as stated on your order. We highly recommend using our Worldwide Express delivery service for shipping orders outside of the UK. We have no control over or visibility of parcel delivery for orders which are placed using a third party freight forwarding business. Communication with third party freight forwarding businesses regarding parcel delivery is solely the responsibility of the customer placing the order.
