Returns/Faulty/Incorrect orders: If you would like to return an item or have an issue with a faulty item, please go to our Returns Portal.
Cancellation Requests: Our team works hard to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a very limited window after placing your order during which it can be cancelled. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process once the item has been received.
Office Hours: Our office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Emails received outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next working day and replied to as quickly as possible.
