Our Ladies Rigel Ballet Pumps feature a classic two tone design, made with supple Nappa leather creating a beautifully soft, matt finish. It has been specially made in a turnshoe style, a signature construction that is unique in the creation of our pointe shoes. Crafted for all day comfort, our ballet pumps are the perfect shoe for on the go with its cushioned teardrop heel and elastic drawstring allowing for a customisable fit.
Our BLOCH Ballet pumps come specially packaged in a drawer box; individually wrapped in tissue paper and kept in a breathable mesh ribbon bag.

Returns:
All returns must be logged in our returns portal and sent back with the completed returns form in the package. You will receive a shipping label which can be downloaded and printed to ship your order back to us.
We charge a flat fee of £3.00 per RMA/label for all returns. This means if you return 2 items from the same order in 2 different packages, you will have 2 RMA's and will be charged for two labels. To avoid multiple label fees, we recommend returning all items in one single RMA. Fees will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
We offer refunds on all merchandise that is returned in a shelf ready condition with tags in place. This excludes tights & underwear which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Any soiled merchandise (deodorant marks etc) will be returned to the sender and refunds will not be honoured.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
