International Dance Day 2024 Competition
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter is: Bloch International - Maxwell Chambers, 35-39 La Colomberie, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4QB.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the USA and UK & EU only, except employees of Bloch and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
5. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are via this form only.
6. All information supplied by entrants in the form is purely for purpose of the competition only, no financial or intellectual property claim can be made on any future Bloch products or collections.
7. The giveaway runs from Monday, 29th April 2024 and will close on Monday, 13th May 2024 at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8. £500/ €500 winning prize:
- There will be 1 winner only from the EU and UK combined who will receive £500/ €500 to spend at blochworld.com. Bloch will liaise directly with the winner to arrange the prize delivery.
9. Runners up prize:
- There will be 5 runners up from the UK and EU combined who will each receive a £50/ €50 coupon code to redeem at blochworld.com. Bloch will liaise with the runners up with terms and instructions for redemption of the coupon code.
10. The winner and runners up have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. If there is no response from the selected winner and runners up in this time, Bloch reserves the right to choose an alternative.
11. No responsibility can be accepted by Bloch for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. Bloch reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. Bloch is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
14. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
15. Winners will be chosen using a random number generator.
16. Winners will be contacted via Email by no later than 31st May, 2024.
17. BLOCH’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Bloch may use the information provided for this competition for the development of its products (past, present and future), as well as seeking intellectual property protection for those products, in Bloch’s name free of any claims, legal, monetary or otherwise.
19. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
20. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
